Return policy

  • After receiving the goods you have a return period of 14 days
  • When returning items, the following points must be observed:
    • the item must be in the undamaged original packaging
    • no signs of washing or use
    • Tags/labels must not be damaged or removed
    • no stains/odors

! If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund. All items are inspected upon return. !

How do I register a return?

Log in with your e-mail on our website under “My account” or under the "" button. There you can view your orders and request a return for the corresponding order.

Your request will be checked and processed. If it meets the return conditions, you will receive an e-mail with the return label.

If your request has been rejected, this may be due to the return period having expired. In this case, please contact us by e-mail at support@zhrill.eu and tell us about your request.

     

    When will I receive my refund?

    The processing time for refunds depends on several factors:

    • Shipping service provider: Duration of the return shipment to our warehouse
    • Arrival & processing of the return: Inspection and recording of the return shipment
    • Payment provider: Processing time depending on the chosen payment method

    Once the return has been successfully checked, the refund will be made according to the guidelines of your payment provider.
